When you make a purchase or attempt to order on our websites, apps or social media platforms, we collect your name, payment details, billing address, shipping address, email address, and phone number required to fulfill your order.

Your information is processed securely through encrypted PCI-DSS-certified payment gateways powered by Wix Payments.

Wix uses tokenization to protect customers' financial data, so when debit/credit card information is entered on the platform, the actual card number is replaced with a randomized code (a token) in our system; Wix or Dermari cannot access customers' sensitive card details.

However, no online activity or transaction is 100% secure. Dermari cannot guarantee that your data will not be used/misused by other parties to make payments or interact with our platforms.

Dermari will never ask you for your financial details or sensitive information except as necessary to fulfill your orders or provide customer service requested by you. If you suspect phishing or fraud, please do not share your information and notify us immediately at privacy@dermaric.co. If you suspect fraudsters got ahold of your payment information, notify your financial institution immediately.
