Dermari user accounts, membership accounts, rewards programs, rewards points, gift cards and all related materials (e,g. member cards) are the intellectual property of Dermari Beauty Limited. 

 

We have the right to cancel or suspend your registration for any reason or for no reason at any time, as determined in our sole discretion.

Our website is designed primarily for users in North America (Canada and the United States). Although it may be possible to access the website from other countries, we make no representation that our website, products or services are compliant with any legal requirements  in any jurisdiction other than North America, or that the content available on the website will be appropriate for users in other countries or states. If you access the website from outside North America, you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws.

Prices are shown in US Dollars by default and do not include taxes/duties. We are currently only required to charge sales tax to customers located in Canada as Dermari Beauty Limited is registered in Canada for tax purposes. Prices on our website may notreflect regional differences.

Additionally, Dermari ships to over 175 countries worldwide, except for the 19 restricted regions outlined in our Shipping Policy. We may not be able to deliver to remote areas or every address due to factors beyond our control. All taxes, duties and customs fees are the responsibility of the purchaser.  Please review our policies carefully before placing an order.

Dermari's Online Stores and Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI-DSS) Compliant Systems

Dermari stores are hosted on Wix and integrated with other systems, which provide us with the online commerce and secure payment infrastructure that allows us to sell our products/services to you. Your information is processed securely through encrypted PCI-DSS-certified payment gateways powered by Wix Payments. 

However, no online transaction or activity is 100% secure. Please read our Privacy Policy to learn how your data is used, stored, and protected. By submitting an order, you agree to Wix and other trusted service providers processing your information.

Your data is handled with care by Dermari Beauty Limited and its trusted business partners, Wix databases, Wix Payments and Wix's general suite of applications. Our products may be available for sale on other platforms authorized by us. Prices, descriptions, images and availability may vary across platforms. If you suspect unauthorized sale of our products, please do not purchase them and email us at hello@dermari.co with details.

The price of a product will be the price indicated on the email receipt sent by us on completion of your order online. It is always possible that, despite our best efforts, some of the products we sell may be incorrectly priced online.

Product prices on our platforms are in U.S. Dollars by default. Prices shown on the website may change from time to time. Such prices do not include shipping and handling costs and do not include sales taxes where applicable. You are responsible for any state and local sales or use taxes that may apply to your order, which will be added to your total invoice price during the checkout process.

If you choose to pay using a payment card with a currency denominated account that is different from the currency of your order, additional charges and foreign exchange fees may apply. These charges and exchange rates applied are beyond our control.

Local import duties and additional charges may be payable by you on receipt depending on the location of delivery. You are responsible for any import duties and clearance fees (where applicable) in your country and to check the duties and clearance fees with your local authorities.

You can find our available payment methods at checkout. Dermari accepts payment with all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express (Amex), UnionPay, Discover, JCB, Diners Club, and Dermari Gift Cards.

 

Dermari also accepts Paypal, Venmo, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Afterpay, Pay Later, Affirm and Klarna. Credit card payments, including recurring charges, are handled through third-party payment processors. If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Wix Payments stores your credit card data, which is encrypted in compliance with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Wix stores your transaction data only as long as needed to complete your purchase, and no parties can see sensitive details.

Product Purchases and Verification

Please select your country of delivery and your preferred currency for payment before browsing to ensure the correct information is displayed on screen. We may not be able to deliver to all regions and may cancel your order at any time if we are unable to complete said order, with a full refund where applicable.

By providing your payment and shipping details, you consent to us and, by extension, our payment partners, collecting the total amount from you quoted to you at checkout. Once payment is received, we will begin the process of preparing and delivering your order to the provided address. Please ensure your information is accurate as we may not be able to change or modify order details once our vendors process your order, which is usually immediate.

 

If an order has been prepared or shipped, you may still be able to cancel delivery or refuse the shipment, but a refund is not guaranteed.

All orders are subject to our acceptance and availability, which may vary depending on the shipping destination or other circumstances. Each product purchased is sold subject to its availability, product description, price, and our policies. We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on our platforms are correct; however, we cannot guarantee the accuracy or efficacy (desired results) of the products and we may, on occasion, make inadvertent errors, inaccuracies or omissions related to product details, pricing and availability.

 

We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time and to cancel any orders arising from such occurrences.

The images of the products, places, persons and things on our website are for illustrative purposes only. Your product and its packaging may vary from its advertised images on the website.

If we are unable to accept your order, we will inform you of this via email and will not charge you for the product or shipping. If we have taken payment prior to non-acceptance of your order, then we will refund you, but please note that it can take up to 10 business days or longer for the bank to transfer the funds to you.

 

Non-acceptance of an order may be because:

1. The product is out of stock or unavailable.

​

2. We were unable to authorize your payment or your billing information is not verifiable;

 

3. Unexpected limits on our resources or those of our vendors which we could not reasonably plan for.

 

4. An error in the price, description or availability of the product;

 

5. In our sole discretion, the order appears to be placed with unlawful or harmful intent, by resellers or distributors or otherwise appears fraudulent;

 

6. Your order is flagged by our security systems as an unusual order or an order susceptible to fraud;

 

7. We could not deliver to the address provided by you. 

 

8. Due to an event outside of our control.

 

9. For any other reason not stated herein.

If your order is accepted, we will assign an order number which will be shown on your screen immediately upon payment and by email confirmation. Please reference relevant order number(s) and details whenever you contact us about your order.

Product Restrictions

​

There may be instances where, due to restrictions (legal or otherwise) or practices in relation to a product, we are prevented from being able to deliver it to you. We shall not be held liable in relation to any product that we are unable to sell or deliver to you as a result of such restrictions. In the event that a restriction is enforced after you have placed your order with us, we will do our utmost to notify you as soon as reasonably practicable and issue refunds where justified.

Changing Your Order Information 

​

Due to the nature and speed of our fulfilment process, once your order has been placed and payment processed, we may be unable to change the details of your order (such as delivery address, product types or quantity). This in no way affects your legal right to cancel your order or refuse the delivery, but we may not be able to issue a full refund in all circumstances. If the products you ordered have already been prepared or dispatched for delivery, we are unable to refund you for your order but may be able to cancel its arrival to your address if the request is made in time. If the delivery cannot be cancelled for any reason, you have the right to not accept the delivery, but we may not be able to refund you.

 

Dermari does not accept returns but we may be able to offer a full or partial refund in certain situations. Please only place an order if you agree with our Refund Policy and Return Policy.

Shipping and Delivery

​

The list of regions that we currently deliver to will be displayed during the checkout process and in our Shipping Policy. Delivery times will vary according to destination and other factors, and will be confirmed to you after the product is shipped.

​

Shipping and delivery dates are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays in shipments. If we are unable to ship products within the time specified or thirty (30) days of a properly completed order, we may request your consent to a delay in shipping. Absent this consent, we will cancel your order and provide a refund, including shipping fees, within seven (7) working days. Please note: it can take banks longer to process refunds.

We will not be liable if you provide us with incomplete or inaccurate information which results in the improper delivery or failure of order fulfillment or service request. You will pay all shipping and handling charges specified during the ordering process.

 

Shipping and handling charges are reimbursement for the costs we incur in the processing, handling, packing, shipping, and delivery of your order. The costs of delivery will be as displayed to you on our website before you finalize your order. Please review these charges and other information carefully when placing an order.

When your product is shipped from our vendor's warehouse, we will send you a confirmation email. Please note that products may arrive in separate parcels and may require an adult's signature.

 

An estimated delivery time will be provided to you in your confirmation or order tracking email, but it may not be accurate. If we do not meet this delivery time, you are entitled to cancel your order by emailing us at orders@dermari.co. We may contact you to offer an alternative solution such as re-delivery of your products or store credit. In the absence of your consent for an alternative, we will refund all amounts paid, including shipping fees, within fourteen (14) working days after the date on which your order is terminated for non-delivery.

Products and shipments will be your responsibility once it is delivered to the address you provided us. The risk of loss and title for products purchased pass to you upon delivery.

Right to Cancel, Refunds, and Returns

​

All sales are final, except as specified under applicable consumer protection laws governing our business activities. For hygiene and safety reasons, Dermari does not accept returns/exchanges of products, but we may issue a full or partial refund in certain cases. Please review our Return Policy and Refund Policy for more information. If you do not agree with these terms and policies, please do not place an order.

You have a right to cancel or not accept a delivery. However, we may not be able to refund you or prevent a delivery to your address if your order has been prepared and dispatched. Orders are processed immediately by a separate warehouse location, but we may be able to help if you email us at orders@dermari.co with the order number as soon as possible.

​

You are entitled to a refund in the event that the product arrives damaged, defective, incorrect or does not arrive. In the event your claim is justified, the purchase price and/or the shipping costs will be refunded. You may be offered alternative resolutions by our team such as free product or store credit. You may choose not to accept any resolutions we offer.

 

To request a refund or product support, you must contact our client care team by emailing us (from the email address used to place the order, if possible) at orders@dermari.co with a valid order number and reason, usually within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery. We may request additional information, including but not limited to: photos/videos of the product, proof of identity, and/or a copy of your confirmation email.

Refunds are not guaranteed and vary depending on the circumstances unless required by relevant consumer protection laws or other applicable laws. We do not accept refund requests for buyer's remorse or incorrect order placement on your part.

​

Any refunds will be issued to the original payment method or in the form of a digital Dermari Gift Card. If you paid via bank transfer, please provide this information to our client care team when you initiate the return so we can refund the money directly to your account.

Discount Codes

​

You may only use one discount code with each order. We reserve the right to reject or cancel any orders where you add more than one discount code to the basket. We allow you to use discount codes strictly on the terms and conditions upon which they were issued, which, amongst other things, may include terms relating to your eligibility to use them and a maximum/minimum order value. If there is a conflict between the terms for a promotion and these terms, the promotion terms will govern.

Promotions

​

From time to time, we may offer you the opportunity to participate in sales events or other promotions such as prize draws, giveaways, and competitions (collectively, “promotions” or "promos"). You may or may not choose to enter or participate in our promo events at your own discretion and using your own name and may withdraw at any time for any reason. You may not transfer, assign, sell, trade or barter any prize, premium, or other benefit you receive through a promotion.

 

Any prize, premium or other benefit is awarded "as is" without any express or implied warranty or guarantee from Dermari Beauty Limited, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

We reserve the right to modify, terminate or suspend the availability of promotions and to correct errors or inconsistencies in promotion-related materials. We may disqualify any individual who tampers with any promotion.

 

Caution: Any attempt by any individual or entity to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of a promotion or any other aspect of our business is a violation of criminal and civil laws and we reserve the right to seek damages from such entities to the fullest extent permitted by law.
